For nearly a decade I've practiced 

meditation & embodied mindfulness to support my own healing journey.

With a BS in Biology & Psychology and a MA in Couples & Family Counseling, I support clients from an integrative & systemic perspective, applying the healing practices of mindfulness, and body-based self-regulation.




I’ve been a featured mental health expert for both national and start-up organizations and facilitated workshops and wellness events across the U.S.
